Access Health CT Community Conference

This conference is designed to bring together AHCT's statewide community partners, including health care providers, Certified Application Counselors, community-based organizations, and all representatives of organizations who are seeking to build a healthier Connecticut for all.

The conference is free. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
